Get ready for Round 5 at the incredible Buttercup Farm MX Track – Here's everything you need to know for Camping:
Saturday Practice Day, through Buttercup Farm, it's a first come, first serve basis. £40, cash on the day!
CAMPING INFO
• Gates open Friday 5PM – 10PM
• Reopen at 6AM Saturday & Sunday Morning
• No entry after 10PM – Security enforced
IMPORTANT VENUE RULES
• No entry into farm buildings or owner’s land.
• Stay out of crops & surrounding fields!
• Anyone caught in an area they shouldn't be in will be sent home!
• If you are unsure of where you can or can't be, please speak to a committee member, who will be there from Friday.
• NO electric bikes/scooters/revvis allowed, Pushbikes are allowed.
• NO riding in the paddock
• NO one on the track after Saturday practice, until racing Sunday
• No open fires – gas BBQs only
• Music & generators OFF by 10:30PM
DOGS
• Allowed on leads only
• Clean up after them!
RUBBISH
• Take it home or use the skip, it is not the organisers job to clean up after you!
• Offenders won’t be welcomed back to future meetings.
Facilities
• Drinking water is available at the side of the toilet block
• Septic tank is next to the toilets for camper/caravan toilet waste
• Do not use the toilet block to empty toilet waste!

• Food & drink: On-site catering by Buttercup Farm
• Camping: £5 per unit, pay at sign-in,
• Security will be there from Saturday.
• Booking in for racing Sunday closes at 4pm Friday.
