2025 Season Update

We hope you’re all keeping well and looking forward to the start of the 2025 season as much as we are !

Due to an unprecedented response for membership this year we have made the decision that we will no longer being accepting payments on the day for entry, booking in is strictly via Gorace only with no exceptions. Booking in will stay open until 6pm 2 days before a meeting.

We live in a day and age where everyone has a bank account and access to the internet or knows someone that has so this is the way booking in will work going forward.

With most groups full we expect entries to sell out quickly from going on sale and we need commitment from everyone ahead of the events taking place so no spaces will be held without payment.

In addition to the above we have decided to continue with 2x drop rounds this year instead of 1 discussed at our AGM to give everyone the best opportunity to complete the entire championship.

Not long now people we can’t wait to see you all at the season opener at Mildenhall in April.

2025 Calendar Update

Evening all, we have been super busy behind the scenes getting everything ready ahead of the season opener in April, see attached our firm calender for the upcoming season, due to time constraints out of our control at Wildtracks we have changed venue for our 8th June date to Buttercup Farm there will also be a practice day available on the Saturday before to make a weekend of it.

We have also moved our Culham summer festival to our August 9th & 10th date to accommodate this change everything else remains the same.

We have had unprecedented demand for memberships this year and all adult and youth groups are sold out with just limited space left in 65s 85s & Autos so get in quick if you haven’t signed up already.

We will also be sticking to 2 drop rounds.
