With the weekend rapidly approaching please take note of the following rules laid out by the track management and land owners regards paddock and track conduct over the weekend.
For those of you camping Saturday night there will be a camping charge of £5 per camper payable at the signing on desk on arrival, stickers will be issued and these should be displayed on your camper at all times, this will be policed by committee and on site security on Saturday evening.
Once in the paddock no one is permitted to leave the paddock on foot this must be by vehicle only following complaints from the local residents at the last meeting held at the track of children and adults causing disruption to neighbouring properties which is unacceptable, the entrance will be policed by security throughout the evening and anyone not abiding by this rule will be asked to leave with no refund given. Please note also the pub in the village is closed so there is no valid reason to leave site on foot.
The track is completely out of bounds Saturday morning and evening and during the event also, no one whatsoever is allowed on the track at any time unless you are a signed on pickup during the junior or auto races, machinery will be on track to prep and water the circuit over night at regular intervals, please inform you children of this too as security will be policing the track throughout the evening and anyone on track will be asked to leave without a refund.
Please do not empty your toilets

in to the portaloos there is a dedicated IBC container for camper toilet waste onsite.
Generators and music off at 10.30pm
Please take as much rubbish home as possible, there will also be a skip provided on site but no tyres must be put in the skip or we will be fined.
Can we ask all parents to please inform your children of these rules and advise them not to leave the main paddock areas at anytime do not enter the woods, track or attempt to access the river at the bottom of site.
These are the rules of the track management and land owners so please respect them as a club we would like to return and use the circuit again in the future.
Onsite security will be heightened for
This event and operating a zero tolerance policy, they will be patrolling the paddock all evening and anyone breaking the rules or behaving badly will be asked to leave with no refund given.
We hope you have a fantastic weekend and we are looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday, let’s go racing .

Camping Iden 2 day - 3rd & 4th May
Some of you may or may not be aware that this is the first Iden 2 day race event ever held at this particular track and exclusive to our club and we are extremely grateful to the track management/owners for allowing us to have this event at the circuit and would love for this to become a regular event for the club going forward.
In order for this to happen we have to follow strict guidelines put in place by the landowner regarding camping this weekend. Unfortunately, there is....
NO CAMPING ALLOWED ON FRIDAY NIGHT, the only people permitted to be onsite will be a handful of committee to setup the event for the following day, anyone arriving or attempting to camp on Friday night will be turned away and refused entry to race this weekend.
Gates will be open at 6.30am on Saturday morning so there is plenty of time to arrive, park and get signed on for a 10am start.
These are the wishes of the landowner and track management and we must abide by them or we won’t be welcome back to the circuit, camping is obviously permitted on Saturday night as usual.
Looking forward to a fantastic weekends racing more event info to follow, please keep an eye out on our socials for further updates.
