Access to all venues on the Saturday before a race meeting is between 3 pm and 4pm. The time for each venue will be advertised on our face book page and on our website. There will be no admittance prior to this because of Health & Safety due the movement of heavy machinery
Scrutineering Requirements
The ACU have relaxed their scrutineering requirements and the onus is on the rider/ mechanic to ensure the bike is race worthy. We will do a check on the body armour and crash helmets in the pegging area prior to practice. Please make sure your helmet has the proper ACU gold sticker on or they will be rejected for racing.

Booking in is Via GoRace with MEMBER's booking in from Monday 8pm 2 weeks before the meeting and VISITOR's from the Monday 8pm the week prior to the event. All visitors will be given a 3 digit number as only members carry a 2 digit number.
Auto and Junior jackets
We as a club, understand how worrying it is to have your little one out there when just starting. We allow a number of auto and junior dads onto the track when racing is on to help any fallen riders. Jackets are allocated at signing and will be official Mid Sussex jackets only which have to be signed for. Please do not run around watching your own rider. Whilst on track your job is to help ALL riders within the area you have been allocated. Your privilege will be removed and your jacket taken away if you are only concentrating on your own rider.
