Good evening all,
unfortunately we regret to inform you that following a call from the land owner at Iden this afternoon next weekends opening round will be postponed, this weeks weather has flooded the paddock and track and with more rain forecast throughout the up coming week we are unable to run 😢 we have contacted other tracks for an alternative venue but they are all in the same situation with the current weather conditions. As a committee we can only apologise but I’m sure you can appreciate the one thing out of our control unfortunately is the weather.
All Go race entries will be transferred to round 2 or if you require a refund please drop us an email : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

As you may have already seen... The decision was not been made lightly but we are having to cancel this weekend's meeting at Mildenhall due to a severe lack of entries.
Unfortunately with the cost of track hire, medics, marshalls etc the numbers just aren't viable for us to run the meeting doing so would result in a hefty loss for the club.
We left it as long as we could to see if the numbers picked up, but they just don't work.
All entries will transfer to our next meeting at Shermanbury on the 23rd July.
Mildenhall will now be open for practice on both days.

This probably won't come as a surprise to you, but unfortunately we are unable to run Rusper Sunday, the British weather has beaten us once again. The paddock along with parts of the track are waterlogged. Some of the drainage that is in place has worked so well the drainage ponds are now overflowing and water left on the track has nowhere to go.
A track inspection Sunday left us hopeful racing would be possible, although more like a winter round.
However, with rain since the inspection and even more forecast, Rusper would only be good enough for a stuck in the mud award.
Switching venues, was also looked into, but they are all having the same problems with the amount of rain around.
We hear there's meant to be a mini heatwave on its way over Easter, so let's hope that's the case and we can get this season under way.
We'll let you know if we can transfer these entries across to our next meeting once we hear from the ACU.
Here's hoping we get to see you all on the 16th April at Iden.
MSMXC Committee.
We are gutted to be posting this but we are postponing the first round of the championship this weekend.
We have been in talks with the landowner after a track inspection this afternoon and it has been deemed that the paddock is just too wet for vehicles and the track isn't looking too clever in places either.
This round will be pushed back to our reserve date of the 1st of October and the venue will likely stay the same however this isn't a guarantee.
We will be contacting the ACU in regards to the postponement of this round. We ask that you please bear with us in this process as we think there is a way to transfer entries to the next meeting, should we/you wish to do so but we need that clarified.
Booking in for round 2 at Rusper will open to members Monday 20th March at 1900. This round will now be dedicated to Finley Pitt.
Thanks MSMXC committee
